Day 1. You will enjoy a beautiful train journey to Inverness where you will meet your first guide. They will take you for some tasty lunch on the banks of the River Ness and before taking you to Loch Ness where you will catch a boat to Urquhart Castle. Enjoy Urquhart Castle and the most breathtaking views here. Afterwards your guide will take you to your accommodation where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing and travel.
Day 2. Make your way to the beautiful Dunrobin Castle where you will enjoy the castle and the grounds as well as an exceptional falconry display. Enroute to the castle, you will enjoy none other than Millionaires View and the gorgeous Falls of Shin. After the castle, you will make your way to the Royal Burgh of Dornoch and then off to Tain. This is a full day of activities and you will finish the day in a traditional Scottish restaurant and enjoy great Scottish food and drink.
Day 3. Depart from your accommodation and make way for Skye with your guide who will stay with you for the duration of your stay on Skye. En route you will stop at Eilean Donan Castle. You will take the Skye Bridge to Skye and once there you, enjoy a trip to Dunvegan Castle and a fabulous meal on the island. You will then be taken to your accommodation.
Day 4. Enjoy a full day tour of the island including delights such as Kilt Rock, the Fairy Glen, The Old Man Storr and the Talisker Whisky Distillery.
Day 5. Make way to the Ferry Terminal to catch your ferry back to Mallaig on the mainland where you will catch the Jacobite Steam Train (Harry Potter Train). You will say your good byes to your guide. You will then be met by your final guide in Fort William who will bring you back to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, passing by Glencoe and Loch Lomond. A real highlight on the return journey is a stop at the Falls of Falloch and a wee dram in an inn, almost unchanged in over 300 years.
