Coronavirus Statement
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) becoming an increasing concern and the unprecedented volume of cancellations and refunds being requested, we are now having to over-ride our cancellation policy as detailed above.
This will now mean we are no longer offering refunds of any sort and we are promoting a ‘Don’t cancel-Postpone’ policy.
This policy is a ‘holding credit’ policy for those who do not wish to/unable to travel at the moment due to travel and health restrictions but who will do so in the future. Any payments made towards a tour booking will be held for a future date of your choosing within the next 24 months and can be applied then, with no additional charges or fees. To reiterate, 100% of any payments made, can be used within 24 months from notice of postponement. If any of our customers would like more information or to inform us that they are no longer able to visit on the original booking date(s) please email us at – [email protected]and we will be happy to assist. Many other operators are offering similar credits and it is a really good idea to contact each one to see where you stand at this time. Ultimately, we would like to ease the stress of you having to postpone your trip and hope to see you in the future. Scotland will be waiting for you when you do visit. We wish good health and safety to you all and advise that you to stay informed through official Government advice.
