About Us
Our Story: The People Behind Slàinte Scotland Tours
Slàinte Scotland began with founder Catriona Stevenson’s passion for Scottish history, storytelling and welcoming visitors to the country she calls home.
With more than a decade of guiding experience, Catriona has introduced guests from around the world to Scotland’s castles, Highland landscapes and historic villages. Her early Outlander filming-location tours became a special part of that journey, while her work as a supporting actor in the series added a personal connection to the places fans come to discover.
Today, Slàinte Scotland offers private tours and small-group tours from Glasgow and Edinburgh, alongside shore excursions from Greenock. From Outlander experiences to multi-day adventures through the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye, our journeys combine local knowledge with a warm, personal welcome.
Catriona works alongside a team of guides, each bringing their own interests, experience and storytelling to your time in Scotland. Whether you travel with our founder or another member of the team, our aim is the same: to help you discover the history, enjoy the scenery and feel welcome along the way.
